Mr. Fikret Enver Bayrakdar, is responsible for the administrative works, construction, logistics and administrative works in the construction sites and contact with public enterprises.

Mr. Fikret Enver Bayrakdar is one of the well known businessmen dealing with hospital constructions, contracting agreements, infrastructure constructions and trade in Iraq. He is a member of several commissions and societies in homeland and abroad including being one of the Founder of Iraqi Businessmen Council. Fikret Bayrakdar manages administrative works, works in all the construction sites and all the communication with Foreign Service departments in Baghdad Office.
